I'm a Broker Associate and real estate project manager at heart: organized, hands-on, and always looking three steps ahead to catch the details before they become problems. With nearly a decade of property management experience, I bring a behind-the-scenes perspective that goes far beyond buying and selling.

I have a serious soft spot for historic homes, character-filled properties, good design, and turning a house into a home. I personally own two Mills Act historic properties, and I love everything from staging and landscaping to renovations and figuring out how to make a property shine. I even served as the owner-contractor when I gutted and renovated my own home, so I know firsthand that "this should be easy" can be famous last words. 😉

For sellers, I create marketing that sells more than the house. I showcase the lifestyle, the neighborhood, and what life could look like there. For buyers, I look beyond the online listings to uncover opportunities and help you navigate the details with confidence.

Born and raised in Orange County, I know and love the communities I serve. And because I believe real estate should give back, I donate a portion of my compensation to a local community or organization near where my clients live.

Before real estate, my career took a few fun turns. I went to Cal State Long Beach to study Kinesiology and Exercise Science, originally planning to become a physical therapist. After graduating, I changed course and became a science and PE teacher. From there, I spent more than 10 years owning and operating two yoga studios, The Yoga Mat, in Downtown Anaheim and Orange, where I taught classes, led teacher trainings, workshops, and international retreats.

So apparently, my career has always been about teaching, guiding, organizing, and helping people find their balance.

When I'm not talking real estate, I'm usually doing something active or chasing an adventure with my family. I love yoga, fitness, cooking, hiking, snowboarding, exploring new places, and being outside. Most importantly, I love spending time with my kids, cheering them on at their activities.

Now I just help people find their house.
